RETURN / REPLACEMENT

At Core Kraft, your satisfaction matters most. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, return & exchanges are easy!

RETURN WINDOW:

1.  You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
2.  After 3 days, we won’t accept returns or exchanges.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

To qualify for return or exchanges, ensure:

1. Products are unused and in original condition.
2. Original tag is intact
3. Original packaging and accessories are included.
4.  Return request raised within 3 days of delivery.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO ( IMPORTANT ):

1. A clear unboxing video is required if you claim that the product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective.
2. The video should clearly show the unopened package, label and condition of items immediately upon opening.
3.  Report any issue within 5 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and clear images.

Note: Claims for wrong/damaged products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

NOT ACCEPTED IF:

1. Used/damaged after delivery.
2. Missing tag or packaging
3. No unboxing video for wrong product claims.
4. Return request after 3 days.
